Eating too much and moving too little may result in you ending up obese. Yes being obese, is consuming high amounts of fat and sugars (energy) without even burn off the energy through physical activity.

As obesity itself is an invitation for enigmatous group of disorders like High blood pressure (Hypertension), High LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol, or high levels of triglycerides (Dyslipidemia), Type 2 diabetes, Coronary heart disease, Stroke, Gallbladder disease, Osteoarthritis (a breakdown of cartilage and bone within a joint) & hence, has been reported to be a major cause of comorbid conditions. 

Treatment of obesity consists of self-care and mainstay is lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise.
