Though in non-life-threatening situations, stress can motivate people, such as when they need to take a test or interview for a new job also.

  • Minimum of 30 minutes per day of physical activity and or meditation can help boost mood
  • Learn to say “no” to tasks or talk or company that you are not comfortable with
